Today, the Gaskins Team is a family affair with Steve, Jan, and Will working alongside Andy Biggers and Deborah Ruef to serve your real estate needs.
Steve Gaskins
	Steve Gaskins provides The Gaskins Team with an unsurpassed depth of knowledge and experience from over 30 years of experience in real estate in the Washington, DC area market. Before his real estate career, Steve served as an officer in the U.S. Army for four years. He left the military to begin a lifetime career in real estate, completing his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law along the way. Steve has a breadth of experience as an owner, broker, sales associate, and real estate developer. When he’s not in the office serving the Old Dominion office as Managing Broker, you can probably find him spending time in his cabin outside Warrenton, VA riding the John Deere, or enjoying his six grandchildren.
Will Gaskins
	Before starting his career in real estate, Will, a graduate of the College of William and Mary, served as a youth minister for six years in Florida and Northern Virginia. He then went on to serve as the Executive Director of Summer’s Best Two Weeks in Pennsylvania, a sports and wilderness camp that serves 3,000 kids each summer. Will, a licensed Realtor in Virginia, DC, and Pennsylvania, adds great depth to The Gaskins Team with his leadership abilities and commitment to excellence. When not running around Northern Virginia with clients, you might find Will playing hockey, soccer, or any number of sports with the Junior Gaskins Team: his wife Allison, and four kids.
Jan Gaskins
	Jan and Steve met at the College of William and Mary and have been married for over 35 years. They raised five children together Northern Virginia, and now have six grandchildren. Jan has been working in real estate sales and property management for over 20 years. She does real estate by day, but by night you may find her performing in local plays and musicals in community theaters throughout the DC area.
Deb Ruef
	Deborah has helped build the foundations of The Gaskins Team for over four years. She is an invaluable member of the team as she helps maintain client relationships and makes sure that each transaction is processed smoothly. Deb has an extensive background as a paralegal and corporate trainer. She and her husband Mark have a beautiful daughter, Alica.
Andy Biggers
	Andy Biggers graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a degree in Graphic Communications. He built and ran his own successful design firm, Studio Big, LLC, for 10 years before transitioning into real estate. Andy, a licensed Realtor in Virginia and DC, helps take excellent care of our clients, as well as providing our team with marketing and technical expertise. During any given moment of downtime you can probably find him at Starbucks sipping on a double skim latte, out for a run, or volunteering on weekends with inner-city youth.
